Buy and Save on a New Home

Here is some ease guide line to follow. Buying a home, whether it’s your first or your third is a big deal and for most people it means a mortgage.

1. Pre-approval
Send an application with income confirmation

2. Offer on a Property
Negotiate price and receive signed/accepted offer


3. Receipt of Accepted Offer
Send a copy of the offer to me
I will get appraisal/CMHC ordered
Property inspection done (if applicable)
Formal approval issued

4. Remove Subjects on Contract
Your financing is in place Providing any subject
that may be outstanding
Remove all subjects on contract, increase deposit
Provide name of lawyer/notary acting for you
Contact movers and utility companies re move

5. Lawyer/Notaries Office
Documents are sent to their office usually 1-2 weeks prior to completion.
Documents are prepared and registered. You will provide their office with the balance of down payment.

6. Enjoy your new home and thank you for your business.
